Redefining the basics
we go to school for years to learn the basics and then we continue to hone in on our specialities and spend $$$ (a lot) to do so. Finally we graduate with our degree go out in the world to work to only find out that we haven’t been taking care of ourselves so now we get sick and take sick days, more often than we would like; or we are in chronic pain because we sit all day at our desk but we don’t know how to help ourselves (because we were never taught).
