Exercise is Medicine, I believed that before I believed in a lot of other things.  I have learned through not only my schooling but through personal real life experiences and outcomes with clients that exercise can save lives and enrich not just the body but the mind as well.  I have been personal training since 2011 and am just in love with it as I was the day, I became certified.  As your coach I am going to take you to a place that you haven’t taken yourself when training.  No matter your age, your gender, your physicality (or lack of) you will be pushed in a way that is safe and effective.  I have had the absolute privilege over these years to work with all different types of clients all having vastly different goals.  

My experience also includes working with young people (the youngest client I will coach is 13 years old with guardian consent) as well as several clients past the age of 90.  Yes, the oldest client I’ve ever had the privilege of working with was 93 years old. 

Whatever your reason for training, it would be my honor to be your coach and help you achieve those goals!

I have experiencing helping clients with:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Setting new PR’s

  • Training for Olympic lifting competitions, CrossFit competitions, Iron Man, Triathlons, Marathons and Ultra Marathons.

  • Improving joint mobility and flexibility

  • Learning and improving how to safely do activities of daily living such as walking to the mailbox, getting up from off the ground, carry groceries up a flight of stairs etc.

  • Rehabilitating from major surgeries

  • Exercising appropriately for their health condition(s) such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, pregnancy, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, etc.

FIT TO YOU SEMI-CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL TRAINING

Don’t necessarily need me to be “there” with you while you workout but still need to know what to do and how to do it?! I get it, and I can still help.  After an initial 60-minute phone consultation, which includes a deep dive into your health history and goals, I will set up a 1, 3, or 6 month custom program depending on your specific goals, health history, and current workout. Deliverables include a new downloadable delivered on the Friday of each month via email. But we won’t let that allow for lack of accountability, we’ll be working just as hard towards your milestones.

How Do I Know Which Program Is Right For Me?

  • 1- MONTH: This is for the “I’m dipping my toe in, I’ve never exercised, I don’t know my level of commitment, and I’m in between life transitions” individual.

    • RESULTS: 12 full body workouts that ensures you will see results: an increase in strength but also in endurance as well as a possibility of a muscle gain of 1 - 4 lbs and fat loss of 1 - 4 lbs. Improved sleep quality and more energy. All based on the execution and commitment of the program provided.

  • 3-MONTH: This is for the “I’m already working out but I’m in a rut” person who is looking for more accountability to themselves. Being ready to make a commitment to their health in supplementing their current workout regime and is in a stable place without a mobile lifestyle, whether that be your home gym or gym facility.

    • RESULTS: with consistency, you can expect anywhere between an increase of 8 - 10 lbs muscle gain and decrease of 8 - 10 lbs of fat loss, increase in strength, increase endurance, improved heart rate, improved blood pressure, etc. Additionally, improved sleep quality and more energy.

  • 6-month Maybe you have the thought “I have a monumental goal that I need help achieving from an expert and I’m ready to stay committed, no longer flipping between a healthy and unhealthy lifestyle.” This person is looking looking to achieve BIG goals, athletic or lifestyle while working towards 10+ lbs of muscle gain AND/OR fat loss. 

    • RESULTS: with consistency, you can expect improved sleep quality and more energy, anywhere between an increase of 10+ lbs muscle gain and decrease of 10+ lbs of fat loss, increase in strength, increase endurance, improved heart rate, improved blood pressure, etc.
