A friend recommended Jennifer to me. I was looking for someone to help me get fit again And to look good for my son's wedding a year and a 1/2 later.I have always been physical ,A champion ballroom dancer And a jockey. I was so pleased for the wedding we continued on. In November I had a heart attack So needless to say we had to take a break. But because of all we had done before I came back very quickly. We are back And she's my cardio strength trainer. When we get through that I plan On continuing our training.

I was having hormone imbalances and she was able to target some key nutritional points that I reigned in. I contacted Jennifer at a time when I was getting quarterly cortisone shots and facing possible hip replacement surgery. I had started swimming daily and doing some light resistance band work, but wanted to do more. She understood exactly where I was and how far we could go together. It has been nearly a year now and I have very little hip pain, haven’t had another shot at all and she has motivated me to achieve things I never dreamed possible. Within 4 months I had lost 7% body fat and replaced it with new muscle as the scale stayed the same, yet my clothes were falling off of me.
Jennifer has the medical background and training to always keep you safe. Her empathy and personality make her a delight to work with. Although most of our sessions are ZOOM, I look forward to each and every one and feel I get her best advice every time. She is one of my best friends now.

I could feel that working from home at my desk as a small business owner was taking a toll on my body, which decades ago had been quite fit. There is no desirable gym close to me, and I have no time or desire to drive 50 miles round trip to workout inside at a gym. I tried to run again, but I’ve always hated distance running. After another birthday, I realized that I’m staring down 50, and I better do something to combat the aging process. Thank God for Jen! She comes to my house on time with a plan, efficiently and safely guides me to my edge, and I feel so much better! I am stronger. I feel better about myself, and the investment I am making in my health. Not only is she an expert (helllooooo masters degree and continuing ed), she is FUN. I actually look forward to the sessions, and we are usually outside! No stinky gym. I never looked forward to the gym. Never. I did it, but it was a chore. I considered the tiny gym close to me, but realized I was either not going to push myself enough for fear of hurting myself, or I’d overdo it. Given how long it’s been since I’d exercised regularly, it was smarter to get someone to help me. And not just anyone who thinks they are a fitness coach, but someone is the real deal. Jen is the real deal, and she has changed my life for the better. I am so grateful!

One day in the office I was complaining of my stressful and exhausting career, my long hours, kids' sports, all the while holding a household of boys and dogs together ect ect.....and never having time for myself. Hours in the chair have me put on a few lbs. and made me feel so weak. My coworker is a client of Jen's and recommended her. We have only been together for 4 weeks, but I look forward to my meetings with Jen every week. (even though I despise getting up super early!!!) When I struggle Jen reminds me " I CAN DO HARD THING" and when I make excuses due to my lifestyle, she reminds me my HEALTH AND WELLNESS IS PRIORITY!!! Jen is very informative with her instruction and on point when it comes to altering exercises so they help me, not hurt me. The pounds are not melting off like I had hoped but I know I have bad eating habits, either not enough or too much, and I know how important that is. I WILL say, I have noticed inches loss, I am already stronger. My neck and back are healing from being hunched over at a computer for hours at a time, and I am learning to be more disciplined with food and exercise on my own. She gives me small goals when we are apart, and I find myself trying to do more because I can do hard things. I love it that she comes right to me, and we work out and chat right in my Livingroom. She is so accommodating to my chaotic lifestyle. ANNNNDDD.... It gives me more motivation and discipline because I don't have the opportunity to back out minutes before she shows up at 7:15am like I may do if I had to leave and drive to the gym.
Highly Motivated Functionally Caffeinated is everything in Jen!!! You definitely will not be disappointed.

I was brought to Jen wanting to gain more knowledge on nutrition and get back into shape. Also wanting to learn about meal prep, what to eat, when to eat it, and how to work nutritious meals around my tough work schedule. She always has great answers to my questions and even better solutions.
I started working with her around 2 weeks ago and my knowledge in nutrition has already increased so much. I’m already noticing changes in how I’m feeling just from her tweaking a few things in my diet. She made me feel very comfortable in sharing what I eat in a day there was no judgment. On days we do workouts she’s very confident in what I can do and making sure to push me to do my best while being conscious of my well being and how I’m feeling.
She is very flexible with time and was quick to set me up in sessions when I expressed my interest. She is willing to come to my job or house, is always on time, and has our sessions laid out perfectly. She has never made me feel rushed during our sessions but stays aware of time and how to utilize it. She is an all around amazing person to work with and I’m so excited to see how far she helps me go.

Let me start by saying my entire view on fitness/health has changed because of you! I am stronger, more confident, feel better on the inside and out, look forward to seeing you (wish it was more) and I now have a much healthier understanding of food.
#1. What brought you to me? Started off with getting my nutrition in order. I have always tried new diets such as Weight Watchers, Nutri Slim, Advocare, Optavia and of course Keto. They all worked but the weight always came back. I have always been on a roller coaster with food. Sugar free, low fat, high fat low fat, no carbs, you get my point. I am also not a huge fan of cooking but I do love eating healthy and fresh foods. With Jens help I am now confident in my kitchen and no longer fear food.
Then we started training together. I have trained with several other trainers in my life but no other trainer has the amazing skills and knowledge like Jen. She pushes me beyond what I knew was possible. She encourages you through powerful words and supports you through the ups and downs. She listens to me when I have races coming up and knows exactly how to train for my events. I was even injured and we worked through my injury with special workouts. Jen knows when I need a session to stretch or a session to pound that pavement together. Her knowledge and abilities are simply amazing. Not one workout has ever been the same.

I waited until the pain, injury, or symptoms had become unbearable. In 2020 I injured my back while moving furniture. This life debilitating injury impacted every corner of my mental, emotional, and physical health. Medication wasn’t helping the pain and I was desperate for relief.
Jen had a plan for the most challenging moments in recovery. But before she shared the plan, I learned more about my body than any doctors appointment I’ve ever been to. Her expertise is the perfect compliment to my own medical team and have not worked with a more passionate health care professional. Then, she customized a workout plan for me and ensured that I had correct form so that it was easily done regardless if I was at home or out working, as I am a photographer. The relief came quickly and over the weeks following, I fully recovered and whenever I feel the slightest reminder of the injury I do the exercises and strength comes back.
Finding the RIGHT health coach is paramount to success in health and working with Jen is part of the foundation to your best health moving forward! I can’t recommend a more knowledgable and highly invested personal wellness physiologist!

Working with Jen has been such a wonderful experience. I’m not really into that gym-culture, so working with Jen virtually is perfect for me. Even though she isn’t beside me, she is able to correct my postures and point out where I need to improve to get the most benefit.
